Refund Policy

Kilnlake Gundogs aims to provide high-quality gundog training services and a positive experience for every client. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

1. Training Sessions & Lessons

Payments for individual training sessions are non-refundable once booked.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask for at least [48 hours] notice. With sufficient notice, your session may be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than [48 hours] notice, or failure to attend a booked session, will be charged in full.

2. Courses & Training Packages

Payments for multi-session courses or training packages are non-refundable once the course has started.

If you cancel a course before it begins, a refund may be issued minus an administration fee.

If Kilnlake Gundogs cancels a session or course (for example due to trainer illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances), clients will be offered:

  • A rescheduled session, or

  • A refund for the cancelled session(s)

3. Weather & Field Conditions

Gundog training is conducted outdoors and may be affected by weather or ground conditions.

Sessions will only be cancelled by Kilnlake Gundogs where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. Poor weather alone does not automatically entitle clients to a refund.

4. Dogs Unable to Participate

No refunds are given if a dog is unable to participate due to:

  • Health issues

  • Behavioural issues

  • Bitches in season

  • Failure to meet training prerequisites

Please inform us as early as possible if any of the above apply, and we will try to offer alternative arrangements where feasible.

5. Digital Content (If Applicable)

Any digital training materials, downloads, or online content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in line with consumer protection regulations.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
